Oops! The Beach Dasher has a meniscus tear in his right knee, so I officially know who to thank for my bum wheels. Not sure what a "death knoll" is, though:
At this point the knee is sore but I think "slightly" better. I am supposed to call his office in 2 weeks for a follow up. Unfortunately that will be too late to get back into the "Crazy Legs." I am naturally very happy it is not an arthritis problem. That would have been the death knoll.
I figure if I lost 600 to 800 calories every day I ran & walked & I miss 4 or 5 days a week I will be adding about 2500 calories to this lovely looking body every week. Oh the price one has to pay to stay on TOP. But I have to keep looking & feeling & performing great or your mother will start looking for a healthier, better looking, younger replacement.
I know I've not been putting up some very good health numbers lately (nose, kidney stone & knee) but hang with me, I still plan on resuming my running in the future.
